Made 6 pints and 2 quarts of tomato salsa and 4 pints and 2 quarts of mango salsa today. Tomorrow will be hot rhubarb jelly and apple butter. After that I'll just need to finish up my dried black krim tomatoes, can some fire roasted red peppers and I'll be ready for the fair. I don't think I'll have time to pickle any okra before the fair, but I'll definitely have to can a poop ton of it sometime soon because I had people wanting to give jars as gifts last year. I've also got a recipe picked out for my Christmas gifts, but since I know people who will get it read this blog I'd better not discuss it! Let's just say it has to do with a fruit that I can't get until November anyway, so it'll be in the fair next year.
